Refund policy
Last updated 1 August 2026. This notice applies to confirmed Apiauditgrid intakes invoiced from Thailand. This website does not take payment.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to studio fees you have paid against a written confirmation note (Signal Brief, Cohort Studio, Attribution Desk, or a named companion workshop). Complimentary seats, guest lectures, and materials downloaded without enrolment are not refundable because no fee was collected.
Timeframe
Write to info@apiauditgrid.digital within 14 days of the invoice payment date, or at least 5 full business days before the first live session, whichever is earlier, if you wish to cancel for a full refund of unused fees. Requests after that window are considered under partial refund or exception rules below.
Full refund
You receive a full refund of the programme fee if all of the following are true: we have received your written request inside the timeframe; you have not been given download access to the full teaching pack; and you have not attended any live session (including remote). If Apiauditgrid cancels an intake and cannot offer a date you accept within 60 days, you also receive a full refund of fees paid for that intake.
Partial refund
If you withdraw after receiving the teaching pack but before the third live session of Cohort Studio, we refund 50% of the programme fee. After the third live session, remaining sessions are not refunded. For Attribution Desk, unused weeks after week four are refunded pro rata minus a THB 8,000 administration amount, provided homework files we marked are not redistributed by you. Signal Brief, being self-paced after pack release, is not partially refunded once the pack has been sent.
Non-refundable items
Bank transfer charges, currency conversion costs, and any third-party travel you booked to reach Klongtoey are not refundable by Apiauditgrid. Printed workbooks produced on request after you asked for paper copies are non-refundable once printed. VAT already remitted on an invoice may affect the net amount we can return; we will state the net figure in the refund confirmation.
Refund process
Send an email with subject “Refund request”, the confirmation note date, payer name, and reason. We acknowledge within two working days and confirm eligibility within seven working days. Approved refunds are processed within 21 days of that confirmation. We may ask for the original payment reference so the return reaches the same account.
Refund method
Refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account that paid the invoice, in Thai baht unless we originally invoiced another currency. We do not refund in cash at the studio and we do not issue store credit as a substitute unless you ask for a credit note toward a later intake.
Cancellation by you or by us
You cancel by email, not by silence. Missing a session without notice is not an automatic cancellation. We cancel or postpone only for faculty unavailability, venue closure, or too few seats to run a marked cohort honestly. A postponed date you accept is not a refund event. A cancellation you do not accept within 60 days becomes a full refund event as above.
Exceptions
If serious illness or a documented family emergency prevents attendance, we may offer a transfer to the next intake at no extra fee instead of a cash refund, even outside the standard window. If we find that enrolment information was materially false, or that production MMP credentials were demanded of faculty against these terms, we may refuse a refund for unused time. Statutory rights you have under Thai consumer law are not displaced by this page.
